Psycho-Pass SS is Japanese trilogy Anime crime mystery movie based on the anime television series, Psycho-Pass premiered in 2012 which broadcasted in Japan on Fuji TV’s Noitamina. Followed by the 11 episode Psycho-Pass 2 television anime series premiered in October 2014, and the Psycho-Pass movie opened in Japan in January 2015.

This Anime series set in an authoritarian future dystopia, where omnipresent public sensors continuously scan the mental states of every passing citizen. When a person commits a crime in excess of the specified threshold, which is based on the Crime Coefficient index, he or she will be pursued, arrested, and killed if necessary by police forces.

The trilogy is Psycho-Pass SS Case 1: Crime and Punishment, Psycho-Pass SS Case 2: First Guardian, and Psycho-Pass SS case 3: On the Other Side of Love and Hate. Case 1 will focus on Nobuchika Ginoza and Mika Shimotsuki. Case 2 will focus on Tomomi Masaoka and Teppei Sugo. Case 3 will focus on Shinya Kogami.

City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes

City Hunter: Shinjuku Private Eyes is Japanese Anime Action Comedy movie based on the Tsukasa Hojo’s manga series City Hunter published in 1985 to 1991 by Shueisha. Previously this manga had been adapted into an animated TV series by Sunrise Studios in 1987, and a film in 1993 starring by Jackie Chan.

In the original manga series, the story follows the exploits of Ryo Saeba, a “sweeper” who is always found chasing beautiful girls and a private detective who works to rid Tokyo of crime, along with his associate or partner, Hideyuki Makimura. Their “City Hunter” business is an underground jack-of-all-trades operation, contacted by writing the letters “XYZ” on a blackboard at Shinjuku Station.

One day, Hideyuki is murdered, and Ryo must take care of Hideyuki’s sister, Kaori, a tomboy who becomes his new partner in the process. However, Kaori is very susceptible and jealous, and often hitting Ryo with a giant hammer when he does something perverted. The story also follows the behind-the-scenes romance between Ryo and Kaori and the way they cooperate throughout each mission.

Detective Conan: The Fist of Blue Sapphire is Japanese Anime Drama Crime Mystery Thriller movie as the twenty-third installment of the Case Closed film series based on the manga series of the same name by Gosho Aoyama, following the 2018 film Detective Conan: Zero the Enforcer. The film tells about the world’s greatest blue sapphire, the “blue lapis fist”, said to have sunk in a pirate ship in the late 19th century, on the coasts of Singapore. A local millionaire plots to retrieve it, and when it’s exhibited in an exhibition at the Singaporean Marina Sands hotel, a murder takes place.
