Love Live! Sunshine!! The School Idol Movie Over The Rainbow is Japanese Anime Drama Comedy Musical Sci-fi Idol Youth movie as a spin-off of Love Live! which was launched in April 2015 with music CDs and anime music videos, followed by a manga version in 2016. This anime revolves around a group of nine schoolgirls who become idols in order to save their school from shutting down, just like the idol group from the original series.

Love Live Sunshine!! is set in Uchiura, Numazu, Shizuoka where one of its schools, the seaside Uranohoshi Girls’ Academy, is planned to be shut down and merged with another high school in Numazu. Chika Takami, a girl who lacks desires, is inspired by µ’s to gather friends and form her own school idol group called Aqours. To prevent their school from shutting down, Aqours enters the “Love Live” school idol contest which has become more competitive since µ’s won. When Kanan and Dia disappear while visiting Mari on Italy, Chika and the rest of the Aqours have no choice but to reach the “Belpaese” themselves and search for them.

Euphonium Movie: The Finale of Oath is Japanese Anime Drama Musical movie as a sequel to the 2018 anime film Liz and the Blue Bird directed by Naoko Yamada, based on the Ayano Takeda’s novel series, Sound! Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love Kingdom is Japanese Anime Comedy Musical Romance movie based on a visual novel series published by Broccoli for the first time in 2010. The story follows Haruka Nanami who had a dream to become a composer and one day wrote a song for her favorite idol. Then she enters the Saotome Academy, a prestigious performing arts school. If successful there, she’ll be able to join the Shining Agency after graduation. Haruka Nanami who dreamed of becoming a composer and someday wrote songs for his favorite idols.

However, it won’t be so easy when Haruka is already surrounded by potential idols and composers. On top of that, her homeroom teacher is a current idol, the headmaster was a record-breaking singer, and the academy itself is an eccentric place where anything could possibly happen.

In the end, right at the graduation, two students are to be teamed up by the choice, one will take the role of the idol and the other should be the composer. After being paired up, they will sing a song that was both composed, written and sung by them. If successful, they will join and take the spot as the new Shining Agency debut artists. In addition, romance is strictly prohibited at their school.
