Tezuka’s Barbara is Japanese British German Fantasy Mystery movie based on a Osamu Tezuka’s manga series Barbara published from 1973 to 1974 by Big Comic. Sky’s Restaurant (Restaurant in the Sky) is Japanese Drama Comedy Family Science fantasy movie based on a children’s novel. The film revolves around Wataru (Yo Oizumi) who lives with his wife Kotoe (Manami Honjou) and his daughter Shiori on a cattle ranch in Setana, Hokkidao. He is a visiting chef cooks an unforgettable meal with his ingredients, which prompts the family to open their own restaurant and reproduce the magic.
Wataru inherited the cattle ranch from his father and he also runs a cheese workshop. He isn’t as a skilled in making cheese and he is scolded often by his strict teacher.
